Калифорнийская Золотая Лихорадка → California Gold Rush[edit]
The result of the debate was Deleted. -- JLaTondre 03:36, 22 February 2007 (UTC)
Do we really need Russian for "California Gold Rush" as a redirect to the latter? Húsönd 20:38, 14 February 2007 (UTC)
- Delete. No further explanation is necessary. YechielMan 00:11, 15 February 2007 (UTC)
- Revert to old edit - SmackBot (Rich) redirected this today. There's a non-English article in the edit history. Revert to the last edit by Proofreader J-Man and follow the normal translation process. It's already listed at WP:PNT. --- RockMFR 03:49, 15 February 2007 (UTC)
- WP:PNT determined that the content is redundant to California Gold Rush.--Húsönd 15:11, 15 February 2007 (UTC)
- If this doesn't exist on the Russian wiki, it should be transwiki'd. --- RockMFR 18:10, 18 February 2007 (UTC)
- I clumsily transwiki'd it and some Russian speaker did some cleanup for me. Also added a Russian interwiki to California Gold Rush. See ru:Калифорнийская Золотая Лихорадка. —Dgiest c 08:03, 21 February 2007 (UTC)

A cross-namespace redirect with a name that nobody will actually use. Gavia immer 17:21, 14 February 2007 (UTC)
The above is preserved as the archive of an RfD nomination. Please do not modify it.Bogus names for chemical elements[edit]
The result of the debate was Deleted. -- JLaTondre 03:43, 22 February 2007 (UTC)
A set of proposed names for as yet unnamed chemical elements, in no way official. Unsourced, original research, apparently made up in school one day by User:Chris Dybala/User:Cosmium/User:75.57.108.163. Femto 20:29, 14 February 2007 (UTC)
- Ninovium, Moskowon, Moskon (element), Daltonium, Sednium, Lazarium, Wakine, Ufonium, Adrianium, Carium, Kritonium, Flusheridium, Prunium, Erisium, Cosmium, Julium, Plantium, Tazium, Helmholtzium, Tazium, Latine, Cirtyon, Dracogen, Dracogens, Whistogen, Whistogens
- Delete all per nom. YechielMan 00:13, 15 February 2007 (UTC)
- Delete all per nom. This is a quite persistent self-declared OR-pusher. DMacks 00:50, 15 February 2007 (UTC)
Keep these unnamed elements have proposed name just not adopted by international standard. Keep them so if people type in those names they can get to the right element.I searched these names but got nothing, apparently the author made them up. Wooyi 03:14, 16 February 2007 (UTC)
- Comment. Based on previous discussions on Talk pages, the redirects are from names that, as far as we can tell in many/most cases, these are "proposed" only in the sense that a wikipedian made them up and added them to wikipedia. That seems pretty far from something that is actually "proposed" enough that a WP user would be looking for it by name. DMacks 06:39, 15 February 2007 (UTC)
- Delete. Unless it is shown that a notable organization has proposed these names, they serve no purpose except to satisfy vanity. --Ed (Edgar181) 12:50, 15 February 2007 (UTC)
- Expanded nom?. User:Cosmium just created 60 more element redirects from non-standard names. Not sure if it's a WP:POINT related to the present RfD nom or just more of his same...whatever-he's-doing. DMacks 01:12, 16 February 2007 (UTC)
- Delete all. If any were actually proposed by someone other than the above
sock puppetsusers, they might be kept. But the odds are against it. — Arthur Rubin | (talk) 14:25, 20 February 2007 (UTC)
