United States presidential election redirects[edit]
The result of the debate was Delete and salt. I will salt them all except for 2012, as per MZMcBride. -- Anonymous DissidentTalk 10:54, 6 September 2007 (UTC)
- United States presidential election, 2012 → United States presidential election
- United States presidential election, 2016 → United States presidential election
- United States presidential election, 2020 → United States presidential election
- United States presidential election, 2024 → United States presidential election
All are needless redirects. They don't help in navigation (if anything, they're just a bit confusing). The Evil Spartan 22:56, 26 August 2007 (UTC)
- Reluctant keep. These redirects serve to prevent new users from endlessly creating sub-stub articles at these sites and having those stubs deleted for violating WP:CRYSTAL. I wish we didn't have to have them but it seems to be the least-bad solution. Rossami (talk) 05:20, 27 August 2007 (UTC)
- Delete and SALT per nom and MZMcBride. --Aarktica 15:37, 31 August 2007 (UTC)
- Delete as confusing – those elections aren't covered in the United States presidential election article. Could salt them until a reasonably non-speculational article can be created. Melsaran (talk) 15:48, 5 September 2007 (UTC)
Template:SprotectedTalk → Template:pp-semi-vandalism[edit]
The result of the debate was delete. WjBscribe 00:09, 2 September 2007 (UTC)
Template redirect without any conceivable use. The protection templates now use an intuitive naming scheme and all of them have been standardized. --MZMcBride 04:09, 26 August 2007 (UTC)
- Delete per nom, and fix the couple of incoming links. Shalom Hello 14:25, 27 August 2007 (UTC)
- Delete per nom. --Aarktica 15:41, 31 August 2007 (UTC)
- Delete per nom. The redirect can actually be confusing. SprotectedTalk was used on talk pages that were protected for whatever reason, whereas pp-semi-vandalism is used in cases of semi-protection to prevent IP vandalism. — Black Falcon (Talk) 22:43, 31 August 2007 (UTC)
Template:Los Angeles Neighborhoods → Template:Los Angeles[edit]
The result of the debate was delete. WjBscribe 00:10, 2 September 2007 (UTC)
Template redirect without any conceivable use. The target also does not make sense with the redirect. --MZMcBride 04:56, 26 August 2007 (UTC)
- Keep. The target template lists a number of Los Angeles neighborhoods. — Gavia immer (talk) 17:46, 26 August 2007 (UTC)
- Comment. The template lists regions, not neighborhoods. Also, unless there are suddenly more regions added to Los Angeles, this redirect will never be used. All the current regions use {{Los Angeles}}. --MZMcBride 23:10, 26 August 2007 (UTC)
- Delete. If it was the other way around, I could see the value of a redirect. But a template namespace redirect from a longer title? No. Black Falcon (Talk) 22:39, 31 August 2007 (UTC)
Template:Kyle XY S2 → Kyle XY episodes (season 2)[edit]
The result of the debate was delete. WjBscribe 00:10, 2 September 2007 (UTC)
Unused cross-namespace redirect. --MZMcBride 20:35, 26 August 2007 (UTC)

The result of the debate was delete. WjBscribe 00:11, 2 September 2007 (UTC)
Template redirect without any conceivable use. Admins know it's {{mprotected}} and aren't going to type "MainPageImageProtected". --MZMcBride 23:17, 26 August 2007 (UTC)
