Template:Froggydarb → User:Froggydarb/GFDL-self[edit]
The nominated redirect was Deleted. Replaced template redirect usages with subst of target user template. -- JLaTondre 15:17, 16 September 2006 (UTC)
Cross-space redirects are BADDDDDD. Hbdragon88 04:57, 10 September 2006 (UTC)
- Generally, Delete, as this template is designed solely for one user, so it has no other use. However, a number of images use it (I'm not exactly sure for what purpose), and it needs to be replaced there first. CP/M comm |Wikipedia Neutrality Project| 23:08, 11 September 2006 (UTC)
- Assuming personalised GFDL templates are not discouraged, I would suggest the way to go about this is to use the full location—a template in userspace with a templatespace redirect to it may as well be in template space anyways—and definately substitute it. As far as the redirect, delete it. If it's not for template space, don't have a redirect there. BigNate37(T) 03:42, 14 September 2006 (UTC)
Sexy time → Borat[edit]
The nominated redirect was Kept. -- JLaTondre 13:05, 17 September 2006 (UTC)
This is pointless. Should we add a redirect for every single semi-regular line every tv character says? Tony P 04:01, 9 September 2006 (UTC)
- Neutral. As the release of the movie nears, I created this redirect to discourage the possible creation of a Boratcruft article at this space, as it is one of the more familiar phrases in the Borat lexicon (along the lines of Kiss my grits → Florence Jean Casselberry). If others find this logic presumptuous or flawed (i.e., why this phrase and not the others?), then I have no objection to its deletion as well. --Kinu t/c 04:09, 9 September 2006 (UTC)
- Keep for nonsense-prevention purposes as per the above. --Gavia immer 14:39, 9 September 2006 (UTC)
- Delete. Gives wrong impression that "sexy time" is some clown. Pavel Vozenilek 03:20, 10 September 2006 (UTC)
- Keep. Catchphrase commonly associated with character. - CrazyRussian talk/email 05:46, 14 September 2006 (UTC)
- Keep until which time a disambiguation page is needed. I'm assuming this is the only notable use of this phrase to date, though I've never heard it before. BigNate37(T) 15:18, 16 September 2006 (UTC)
Traumatic amnesia → repressed memory[edit]
The nominated redirect was Deleted. Amnesia & repressed memory pages agree with nominator. Redlink encourages article creation. -- JLaTondre 13:05, 17 September 2006 (UTC)
Traumatic amnesia is a medical condition caused by physical trauma. Repressed memory is a psychological condition caused by psychological trauma. AbCarter 12:40, 9 September 2006 (UTC)
