SarkaraJaggery[edit]

The result of the debate was Kept & tagged with {{R from alternative language}}. Target relates to India so it's conceivable someone could use that term. -- JLaTondre 20:12, 25 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Sarkara is the Malayalam word for Jaggery. This is English Wikipedia, so such redirects are not needed. Besides, Nothing links to Sarkara. Delete. utcursch | talk 03:24, 18 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete as per nom. Nothing links to it and this is, as said, the English Wikipedia. --Brad Beattie (talk) 01:33, 19 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the debate was Deleted. -- JLaTondre 20:14, 25 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Kayam is the Malayalam word for Asafoetida. This is English Wikipedia, so such redirects are not needed. Besides, Nothing links to Kayam. Delete. utcursch | talk 03:24, 18 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete. If Asafoetida was native to Malaysia, then I'd consider keeping it as it would be the original word for it, but it's from Iran, so this redirect isn't appropriate. --Brad Beattie (talk) 01:39, 19 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Beacon_Hill,_Ottowa,_CanadaBeacon_Hill_(Gloucester)[edit]

The result of the debate was Deleted. -- JLaTondre 20:15, 25 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Redirect was originally a typo, and it's correction created a double redirect (which was fixed). I'm not sure this qualifies for deletion, as per some policies. Sigma 7 07:52, 18 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

User:Flamurai/NYCS denotation legendUser:Flamurai/NYCS icon legend[edit]

The result of the debate was Kept. This is internal to a user's space. Since there's no harm in this redirect, it should be left to the user's discretion to determine if he/she still wants it. -- JLaTondre 20:19, 25 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Me and User Flamurai made an agreement to use the term icon instead of denotation, making the redirect redundant and can be deemed useless, therefore cluttering up the main namespace. I dont know if this is a proper reason, but I moved all of the links to the target page so it wont matter anymore.--Imdanumber1 ( Talk | contribs) 19:41, 18 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
