Currently, 6,478 of a total of 6,818,205 Wikipedia articles (about 1 in 1,050) are featured articles, which have been thoroughly reviewed according to the featured article criteria. In addition 39,568 articles (about 1 in 172.316) are good articles which meet the good article criteria. Combined Wikipedia has 46,046 articles (about one in 148.074) which are either good or featured.
