I really do not think this is a free file, given that the same uploader has recently not provided rationale, licensing, or a source for other recent image uploads. Also, and I worry about a possible privacy breach for whoever this image represents (not saying it here since I do not want this edit to get WP:OVERSIGHT-ed.) Something about this image doesn't seem right to me. For one, this image seems like it was cropped from another image, so it is difficult to see what original picture this image came from. And for two, without the original image, it is difficult to validate that the uploader can release any part of the primary image with a free license. The image is cropped from a photo I took of my friend with Turgoose on my phone. I have cut my friend out of the image as not being relevant to the article. That's his arm around Turgoose's shoulder. Jack1956 (talk) 10:57, 9 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

This is most likely not a free file, but whether or not the image is eligible for copyright is not clear. The only place I was able to find any version of this photo online was at the subject's Twitter account. Either way, it is rather unclear who took the original photo as it was not the uploader.
