- Appears that copyright still resides with Marc Prozzo

The photographer's web site says his photos are copyright by him and the Nancy Pearl photos were done for Sasquatch Books. So either he own the copyright or Sasquatch does. I doubt it was a work for hire for the NEA. http://www.marcoprozzo.com/~jmarcopr/mpp/photography/portraits/index.shtml

- Delete: clearly the image is attributed to the photographer and there is no evidence it has been released into the public domain either by the photographer, publisher, or that the NEA owns the copyright. We must err on the side a caution. ww2censor (talk) 16:48, 13 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- Delete: unused non-free derivative image of a modern US sculpture restricted by US freedom of panorama law. Another properly licenced image File:DNA Tower North Side Taken from Ground Level.jpg is being used in DNA Tower with a fair use rationale. ww2censor (talk) 16:42, 13 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- Sourcing is inadiquate to determine copyright status, and current claim is dubious and contradictary. How can the author of a 20th century photo be known to have died more than 70 years ago when the author is listed as "unknown"? (And date given is absurdly same as upload date to Wikipedia, after subjects of photo's death but not more than 70 years ago.) Infrogmation (talk)
- even given its age, its probably better to make a fair use claim for this image.--emerson7 03:36, 15 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep as Fair-use while this image seems to be attributed only to the "Frank Driggs Collection" at a number of places the Getty Images source indicates a circa 1923 date which looks about right as she would have been 37, the actual photographer is unknown. Add a fair-use rationale. ww2censor (talk) 10:02, 15 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Note: This image is currently tagged as non-free. If there is a dispute with the rationale, please tag the image with {{dfu}} or list it at WP:Non-free content review. Otherwise, unless there is another reason for listing here, the listing will be closed by an administrator and the image kept. AnomieBOT⚡ 02:24, 16 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Keep as a PD image retag with {{PD-Pre1978}} As the image does not have a copyright notice, it fails to comply with U.S. copyright law and lost its copyright years ago. — BQZip01 — talk 07:19, 19 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- Keep as a PD image retag with {{PD-Pre1978}} as the image does not have a copyright notice, it fails to comply with U.S. copyright law and lost its copyright years ago. Furthermore, the actress in this photo died in 1952. — BQZip01 — talk 07:21, 19 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
