Photograph of a Martian sunset taken by the Spirit rover at Gusev crater, May 19 2005. Spirit is the first of the two Mars Exploration Rover missions. She successfully landed on Mars at 04:35 Ground UTC on January 4 2004 and has operated successfully for over one full Martian year or two Earth years.
