Wikipedia:Text of Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License[edit]

This license was never adopted by the WMF, probably because it effectively makes edit summaries mandatory. Therefore, we no longer need to keep it up and fully-protect it. However, it mentions at the end that the license text itself is under a public-domain license, so transwiki to Wikisource may be possible.
