The userpage contains a number of barnstars that were never issued to this user, as well as topicons for GAs that were written by someone else and various roles that they do not actually possess. The barnstars have previously been removed from this user page, but the user has restored them anyway. Rather than edit warring with the user to remove the barnstars that falsely attribute compliments given to other users (i.e. me) as if they were given to this user, I would ask that the user page be deleted as being an attempted hoax. It is not acceptable to have a user page that falsely portrays Novem Linguae, OhKayeSierra, Dr vulpes, Chetsford, CT55555, Cdjp1, WikiLinuz, MrLinkinPark333, Vermont, Iamreallygoodatcheckers, Gerda Arendt, and Jdcomix as having given Ishola0 all of those barnstars when they did not; doing so is a form of blatant lying about the actions of other users. — Red-tailed hawk (nest) 17:52, 3 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I am not familiar with the guidelines on what is and is now allowed, but pretending I gave a barnstar is unethical and pretending that I said something that I did not is unethical and therefore if I can point to WP:IAR justifying any reasonable !vote, then I suggest this should be deleted. See WP:Signature forgery: "Impersonating another editor by using their username or signature is forbidden". The signed barnstars are outright impersonation, and deserve an indefinite block, not just user page deletion. AndyTheGrump (talk) 18:15, 3 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I've started WP:ANI#Fake barnstars and GA topicons on userpage to explore if a sanction is needed for this behavior. –Novem Linguae (talk) 18:34, 3 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete a page full of falsehoods, that's a minimum. Do we need a user with such behaviour? What are they actually doing? --Gerda Arendt (talk) 18:25, 3 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
All I can see: new user, working on a draft article that looks like an autobiography. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 18:30, 3 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
    It's a confirmed autobiography. — Red-tailed hawk (nest) 18:35, 3 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Indeed. One filled with bogus citations. Clearly WP:NOTHERE. AndyTheGrump (talk) 18:40, 3 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
  • If @Ishola0: removes the fake awards from their user page, I am happy for no action to be taken, if not, my support will be with forcing a removal. For myself, I try to go out of my way to award a high amount of barnstars to spread gratitude and positivity, so while the barrier to have me grant one may be seen as "lower" than other wikipedians, to have someone fake an award from myself does hurt. --Cdjp1 (talk) 18:58, 3 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
The page has been blanked by Floq, and the editor was blocked, so I think we can quickly close this as resolved. — Red-tailed hawk (nest) 18:55, 3 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
  • (edit conflict) I just removed all the obvious BS. What's left is a harmless picture of a kitten. User is now indef blocked, so won't be restoring the BS. I don't see a need to actually delete anything else, but won't close this myself quite yet to see if anyone would object. --Floquenbeam (talk) 18:56, 3 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
(also, I am too lazy to read the instructions on how to close an MFD.... surely one of you folks know it by heart? --Floquenbeam (talk) 18:59, 3 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep. We're quite obviously jumping the shark here, and the problem with the page was dealt with. I was considering just closing this discussion, but I think I'm INVOLVED enough that I should probably not. casualdejekyll 19:09, 3 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
