Portal:San Francisco Bay Area/In the news[edit]
declined CSD. I am the only active editor of this portal, this segment is years out of date, and there are no plans (ie i have no plans) to revive this segment. Mercurywoodrose (talk) 00:59, 5 April 2013 (UTC)
- Comment: If this page is deleted, then the redirect Portal:San Francisco Bay Area/San Francisco Bay Area news should be speedily deleted per WP:CSD#G8. Thryduulf (talk) 01:06, 5 April 2013 (UTC)
- Archive it to Portal:San Francisco Bay Area/In the news/Archive, and {{soft redirect}} there, and mark {{historical}}. Someone may wish to revive the segment in the future, so the archive will serve as examples of how to do it, and what's been covered. The soft redirect will prevent accidental transclusion of the archive should someone in the future wish to revive the segment. The edit history of the archive will be preserved with the soft redirect. -- 65.92.180.137 (talk) 03:01, 5 April 2013 (UTC)
- Delete. If the sole maintainer of the portal wants it deleted, we should not force it to be kept just for archival purposes. Seems overly bureaucratic. — This, that and the other (talk) 02:13, 28 April 2013 (UTC)
