Portal:Brandy Norwood[edit]

Portal:Brandy Norwood (edit | talk | history | links | watch | logs)

Single artist portal. Created before the WP:X3 spree but we are gaining consensus that individuals and BLPs don't warrant portals. Legacypac (talk) 02:32, 26 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

The cats are: ▼ Brandy Norwood ► Brandy Norwood albums ► Brandy Norwood concert tours ► Images of Brandy Norwood ► Brandy Norwood songs

One of the three images is a repeat of the top image. There is just no point to this less informative repackaging of the article on Brandy Norwood Legacypac (talk) 08:35, 26 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

  • Delete - Please no single person portals. jni(talk)(delete) 17:58, 26 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
Insufficent scope. Look at the categories. Legacypac (talk) 21:22, 26 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • These artist portals just duplicate what is already in the main article and category of their songs/albums/books/whatever. I have no problem keeping portals like Portal:Muhammad or Portal:Shakespeare for the few individuals who have shaped world history in significant way. jni(talk)(delete) 07:37, 27 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • Delete Serves no purpose beyond the main BLP article, which links to all the same categories and lists. Reywas92Talk 04:15, 27 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
  • Weak Delete - Same as Adele, a single-performer portal created before the spree, but still a single-person portal. If we do need single-person portals, as maybe User:Northamerica1000 says, how many do we need? (Maybe they didn't mean that, but only to reject the counter-argument.)
