Draft:Section 215 of the Patriot Act[edit]

As the talk page here indicates, this was a copy of this section for a potential spin-off article. It wasn't edited at all and seems like a WP:UP#COPIES now. It seems like if someone wants to create a spin-off now, they would be better off using today's version (with attribution of course) than a two-year old version.
