Where is the issue taking place?: This mainly affects World Rally Championship related articles.

Some recent examples of their work:

1982 FIFA World Cup squads which was left broken after a failure to create Template:Country flag alias Hungary 1957 properly.
Maria Sharapova where they replaced a free image with a fair-use one.
Yelena Isinbayeva where they added a non fair-use image. David D. reverted this four times.
Template:Country ISO alias, Template:Country flag ISO alias, Template:Country ISO code alias England and Template:Country flag alias England which they broke.
World Rally Championship 2001 results, World Rally Championship 2002 results, World Rally Championship 2003 results, World Rally Championship 2004 results, World Rally Championship 2005 results, disputed by DeLarge.
Stadium names in 1994 FIFA World Cup, reverted by Chanheigeorge.

It just goes on and on, though.

He's just broken 1966 FIFA World Cup squads, and removed the border in {{ENGf}} for the second time.
He has also uploaded Image:Flag of Hungary 1957-1989.gif, a copyright violation, which doesn't even seem to be the official flag of Hungary during that period... and he's changing all of the FIFA World Cup articles for that period to use it. --StuartBrady (Talk) 15:06, 25 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

He must be aware of the copyright problem by now... at least, he keeps removing the no copyright holder tags... and yet he continues to upload more images:

Meddling with country templates For the record, Sondre is back at it messing around with country templates (for example) despite being asked to provide a rationale for the edits.[3] To date, none has been forthcoming. What's going on?

A high proportion of the edits made by SndrAndrss get reverted. We have had no response to comments made on his talk page.
