Asking of gibberish questions at Reference Desk, refuses to engage in direct requests for clarification, refuses to engage with others who try to direct him to reference desks in his native language; likely trolling as other users fluent in Russian indicate his use of that language is as idiosyncratic as his use of English is. Only uses this account sporadically, frequently uses IP addresses (most recent example: 109.252.29.200 (talk · contribs)). Has been active since at least 2014. He is also banned at ru.wp for disruptive behavior.

WP:RD, usually WP:RDS. Asks questions which contain English words, but are syntactic gibberish and have no meaningful content, even when viewed through the filter of a non-native speaker.

Habitual behavior

• Asks gibberish question. When other users attempt to ask for clarification, or seek to help him, he either restates the question verbatim or asks another equally incomprehensible question. Ignores all attempts to direct him to a more suitable place to get help. When his questions are deleted (as has been undertaken over the past several years) and his IP blocked, he returns under a different guise to repeat it or ask again.
