This non-free image has non-free usage rationales for two articles but is only used in the Dawoodi Bohra article which is for a religious denomination. The image's purpose is it is the "largest and most visible public work undertaken by the Dawoodi Bohra community" but that can be described in text so fails WP:NFCC#1. The removal of this image would not detract from a reader's undertsanding of the article about the denomination so fails WP:NFCC#8. This mage was previously at FFD (see Wikipedia:Files for discussion/2021 July 26#File:Saifee Burhani Upliftment Project Depiction.webp) and was closed no consensus.
