Keep, for now: Demonstrates the accessory which otherwise could be difficult to paint an image of with words. Image currently does not violate WP:NFCC per the very WP policy cited. Image was reduced in size to meet the Non-free product cover licensing requirement, being as a suitable free image is currently unavailable. Recommendation: Find/create an image that suitably demonstrates the accessory of discussion, then remove the image being challenged (per NFCC). I bought an Handy Boy online, but it's currently in storage and may not in a suitable condition. The problem is that you could just capture an image of the actual Handy Boy accessory and release it under a free license. NFCC#1 means there is no free equivalent that could reasonably exist or be made, which the flyer cannot meet. Finally, File:2015-07-31 12-53-07 game-boy-handy-boy.jpg should be a suitable replacement. (Oinkers42) (talk) 19:54, 17 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
For now I went ahead and swapped the non free image with the free one. So frankly there is no reason for the non-free one to exist since the discussion is not about the advertisement, but the accessory, and the free one is a better picture of the actual accessory. ᴢxᴄᴠʙɴᴍ (ᴛ) 21:00, 17 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
The image suggested above, while being a poor example of the device, looks suitable enough to justify the image swap. I'm satisfied that this discussion has reached an agreement. Potential copyright violation. Uploader claims "own work" but has been cited for WP:COPYVIO before, including another edit on the album article.
