This stamp from Pakistan is asserted to be public domain, however, stamps in Pakistan are copyrighted by the government for 50 years after publication (see c:Commons:Copyright rules by territory/Pakistan. There is not issue date int he file summary but the name of the file implies this is from a 1993 series issue. This would mean the stamp is still copyrighted.
