Well, if I am correct, admins can technically undelete the RevDel'd version, resize it down to a reasonable quality, then tag it for no reduction. Seems like an accidental upload given c:File:RetroArch logo.png from the same uploader 8 minutes after this one.

Source and Permission (and the correct license, CC BY 4.0, not BY-SA) should be added to Commons though. Is this image free to use per c:COM:TOO US or non-free/fair use? If fair use, then I'm not convinced that the image improves the understanding of the song "I Will Always Love You", so I don't think it would meet WP:NFCC#8. This image is used for digital/streaming single release of Kristin Chenoweth and Dolly Parton's duet take on the song, released one year ago. However, to this date, if non-free, not enough critical commentary of the release itself can support the usage of the cover art. The "Kristin Chenoweth version" section is small, and the recording itself hasn't been listed on music charts. On the other hand, if free, then it should be transferred to Commons. The track listing, cited in the song's article, is not featured on the front cover, rendering it superfluous. It's basically just an eyesore in the article either way. The Dolly Parton and Vince Gill duet recording of "I Will Always Love You" was in Billboard and Canadian RPM country charts in 1995 and was nominated a Grammy (but probably didn't win). However, I'm unconvinced that the charts would suffice as part of critical commentary. Furthermore, the "1995 version" section is I find somewhat bloated, may need reliable sources, and may or may not need to be merged into one of sections. This cover art belongs to the 1976 US promotional material of "It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year". (45cat, discogs, ebay (1), ebay (2)) Any promo single like this one should not be used, especially per WP:NFCC#4 or WP:NFCC#5. There are retail single releases, like Canadian one, British one featuring a woman on cover, or a sheet music. Any of those are more suitable than this cover. British reissue artwork doesn't increase the understanding of The Andy Williams Christmas Album, especially with insufficient critical commentary, and may not likely meet WP:NFCC#8. It provides a photo of the singer and album title, but so does the (other) standard artwork, which is more preferable and widely used. It may also fail WP:NFCC#3a. I fear that my PROD on the screenshot would be challenged. Indeed, it was used in the article at the time of GA promotion. Now I'm listing it here for my concerns about its compliance with WP:NFCC#8 and WP:NFCC#1. The description about the music video of "Dear Jessie" is already understood in words without this image's help. Furthermore, the screenshot merely depicts an animated Madonna as Tinker Bell, though the singer wasn't in the video. Moreover, critical commentary isn't sufficient enough to support the usage of the screenshot. In conclusion, the screenshot has not improve the understanding of the song or the music video. File:Google Authenticator for Android icon.svg, File:Google-helpouts.png, File:Google Safe Browsing.svg and File:Google Fit icon (2018).svg seem to be the most complex ones, but still below US TOO I think.
