- I'm not sure what bot you are talking about. The talk page mentions some non-U.S. laws. Since Wikipedia only cares about the copyright status in the United States and ignores other laws, the non-U.S. laws are irrelevant here. Works by the Indian government are copyrighted in the United States unless they were published before 1941, which is precisely why the file information page contains a non-free copyright tag: {{Not-PD-US-URAA}}. There are also some copyright tags from other countries, but they have no bearing on whether a file is considered to be free or unfree on Wikipedia, as they only describe the copyright status outside the United States but not the copyright status within the United States. --Stefan2 (talk) 19:21, 12 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
