Portal:Saudi Arabia[edit]
Nominated the portal as edited thoroughly plus many errors and unwanted chunks repaired/deleted. Plus, the portal has 15 Good articles, 3 Featured articles, 7 DYK hooks, News section included and Featured picture section. SuperHero ● 👊 ● ★ 07:28, 29 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

In general a very useful portal! I have a few issues with it that should be addressed before I can support though:
- The featured city has a large number of images that make it difficult to read.
- In the "Things you can do" section, the "Join the Saudi Wikiproject and help us expanding our topics" sentence feels self referential.
- I'm not sure about the web content. I'm not sure if it complies (or needs to comply) with the external linking policy and feels counter to the purpose of a portal. The purpose of a portal is an entry point to Wikipedia content, and having a large section of external links feels counter to that.

I'm concerned by Jolly Janner's diff showing alleged votestacking. At this point, after ignoring the IP's support, this nomination only garned 1 support and no sufficient consensus to promote. @D'SuperHero: have you notified project pages? This is a difficult close. There was limited support and a neutral party discovered possible votestacking and subsequent cover up that simply cannot be discounted. On paper, this would have been promoted if we go by number of people supporting minus number of people opposing. But since there's a cloud hanging over the nomination, I conclude that there is no consensus to promote at this time. OhanaUnitedTalk page 05:21, 21 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
