I am nominating the 2007 Oscars for featured list because I believe it has great potential to become a Featured List. I also followed how the 1929, 1989, 1990, 1992, 1994, 1996, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2002, 2004, 2009, 2010, 2012, and 2013 Oscars were written. Comments –

Winners and nominees: "Dreamgirls received the most nominations with eight, Babel came in second with seven." Feels like it needs "and" before Babel.
""that the film with the most nomination was not a Best Picture nominee." "nomination" should be plural here.
"Peter O'Toole became the most nominated performer without an competitive win." "an" → "a".
In "to win for a film debut performance", should "film" and "debut" be reversed?
Ceremony information: Architectural Digest should be italicized as a print publication.
In the Pennington quote, you can turn the hyphen into an MoS-friendly en dash and it won't affect the integrity of the quote.
