Kept[edit]

Demoted[edit]

Asher Vollmer[edit]

Asher Vollmer's new game, Guildlings[1], released on 8 November 2019. The article has no major edit since creation. Za9941 (talk) 13:58, 28 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

The World's Greatest Tag Team[edit]

Kurt Angle was demoted on 8 February 2023, and there is no effort to change that, and without it the topic fails criterion 3.b. Armbrust The Homunculus 19:34, 30 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Fails criterion 3.b as Atlantis Jr. is not a WP:GA, isn't being worked on, and is past the three month grace period (he won the title on 4 February). Armbrust The Homunculus 22:22, 25 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow[edit]

With the article Soma Cruz going from a Good Article to being merged into List of Castlevania characters, it occurred to me how flimsy this topic is. Without an article with the main character, all it consists of is a game and its sequel as well as a side character you don't play as. I don't see this as being an interrelated topic and think it should be demoted. GamerPro64 05:02, 5 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Triple Gold Club[edit]

Ice Hockey World Championships was demoted on 9 February 2023, and there is no effort to change that, and without it the topic fails criterion 3.b. Armbrust The Homunculus 19:39, 30 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Alasdair Cochran[edit]

A new book by Cochrane, Sentientist Politics, was released in 2018 but never passed GA and a removal nomination was never made despite it certainly belongs as part of the topic thus failing 1.d. Pinging original nominator @J Milburn:.  Spy-cicle💥  Talk? 04:15, 2 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

  • Remove: Looks as though he's got another, Should Animals Have Political Rights?, that hasn't even been started. -Bryan Rutherford (talk) 17:08, 3 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
  • The article on Sentientist Politics is basically ready for GA status (as the original reviewer said), but I appreciate that it hasn't been promoted. I assumed Should Animals (which is a shorter book) probably wouldn't be notable, but I see there have been a couple of reviews, so you're right that it should probably be a part of this topic. I've no objection to the removal. Josh Milburn (talk) 13:26, 4 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
    • If you think Sentientist Politics is ready to be a GA, then it would be great if you wanted to nominate it and shepherd it through GAN! We're not looking to demote a topic if someone is actively working on saving it. -Bryan Rutherford (talk) 19:29, 8 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
  • Remove: Despite being close to GA, per nominator, it is not GA. On top of that, his latest book doesn't have an article nor is near to being promoted to GA. Unless the nominator decides to start to create and improve an article for the latter book, this will be my vote. MarioSoulTruthFan (talk) 13:04, 16 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
  • Remove: As per above. Idiosincrático (talk) 03:30, 23 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
  • Closing with consensus to demote. -Bryan Rutherford (talk) 01:02, 2 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Guitar Songs[edit]

"TV" and "The 30th" have all been merged into Guitar Songs following a brief conversation here. Obviously this GT now fails 1a. ‍ ‍ Elias 🌊 ‍ 💬 "Will you call me?"

2003 Atlantic hurricane season[edit]

Hurricane Juan was demoted on 29 October 2022, and there is no effort to change that, and without it the topic fails criterion 3.b. Armbrust The Homunculus 18:08, 2 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

  • Remove: Incomplete without this notable storm. -Bryan Rutherford (talk) 17:09, 3 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
  • Remove If the article was borderline on notability we could justify merging it to save this FT…but any retired storm needs to have an article, and it was even kept primary topic after an RM.63.44.29.199 (talk) 19:41, 4 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
  • Remove per nom. MarioSoulTruthFan (talk) 14:46, 9 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
  • Closing with consensus to remove. -Bryan Rutherford (talk) 16:35, 27 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

1961 Atlantic hurricane season[edit]

Hurricane Esther was demoted on 24 September 2022, and there is no effort to change that, and without it the topic fails criterion 3.b. Armbrust The Homunculus 17:25, 12 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Megadeth studio albums[edit]

Fails criterion 3.b as The Sick, the Dying... and the Dead! is not a WP:GA, isn't being worked on, and is past the three month grace period (album was released on 2 September 2022)). Armbrust The Homunculus 17:19, 12 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Noble gases[edit]

All of the GAs are currently in the good article reassessment process, of which neon and argon have already been removed. This then makes the topic fail criterion 3b. 141Pr 07:56, 29 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

  • Remove: definitely incomplete without all the members, and I guess no one stepped up to save them during the GARs. -Bryan Rutherford (talk) 22:12, 29 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Update: radon has also been delisted. 141Pr 21:10, 31 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Delichon[edit]

Unfortunately, the Siberian house martin (Delichon lagopodum) was split (both on-wiki and taxonomically) from Common house martin, and has been sitting stubby for just over a year. 1d is no longer satisfied. casualdejekyll 00:55, 25 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
