Normally, undeleting and userfying something like this would be a no-brainer. But, the AfD raised concerns that this was a hoax. The source cited above does not appear to be a WP:RS, and (via the auto-translation) says, The release date is still unknown. Overturn - DTF indicates that the information is reliable. As a way, the article must not be just undeleted, but moved to user namespace to rework.
