The deleting admin from the deletion review is no longer active, which might a hindrance. Restore meets BASEN which means that AfD would probably allow recreation. Restore is better than allowing recreation in this case so that the IP user can edit directly instead of going through AfC. TonyBallioni (talk) 14:36, 13 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
