** Since I added plenty of material to this article that was not copied from these sources, can involved editors please explain why the article was deleted rather than the offending content being removed? Can we please undelete and remove the offending content? I had not seen any notice about this issue. I translated the article in French a while ago and am pretty sure some of the content was not copyvio. Can the article be undeleted and the precise copyvio content be removed ? This is an important article for LGBT history, and it now redirects to an LGBT article which is not quite accurate nor identical.
