Article cleaned by investigator or others. No remaining visible infringement. Identified problems include some literal duplication, but the entire section is a violation of WP:NPOV and WP:NOR. I'm highly uncomfortable with the article in general. There's no doubt that it has a history of copyright problems dating back to at least 2003, with this edit. This looks like a copy-paste, and it includes content demonstrably lifted from this 1995 publication.
