The result of the discussion was: rename all. I'm going to rename the "Chinese" one as nominated. However, after it's renamed, feel free to nominate this one for renaming. This close should not be interpreted as having reached a consensus on the proper name for the Chinese category. Fixed my two silly typos. Should have caught those two myself. As to the China one, the parent of this category is Category:Football in China, without the PRC qualifier. As much as I'd rather use PRC/ROC instead of China/Taiwan- several more cats would need to be expanded to PRC than just this one alone. Also, I never got this finished because the internet in Dubai is slower than a snail... I'll finish it up within the next day.     • Just because I have the tools doesn't mean that I can use to delete a category out-of-process! (I'd support a spell in the naughty corner for any admin doing that).
      It doesn't fit any of the speedy deletion criteria, but since you created it only a few days ago and are the only editor, it can be speedy-deleted if you request deletion. I don't want to in any way appear to be pushing you into doing that, because we have a process here where we can seek a wider consensus ...   • Comment so rare to see this sort of conversation at CFd not sure how to make it out as a polite cup of tea or what. I originally thought that a long since departed editor had created the category - and was suprised to see it was a Pdf recent creation - the actual organisation against the others or not with them - is a valid phenomenon in australia (being a graduate in the ice age of one of those schools) and whether deserve separate distinction even if it is not supplied with an article at this stage - is something I think I shall have to pass - and leave it to others to cups of tea towards consensus SatuSuro 13:30, 29 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
