Delete or merge - In the past, a comic character crossing into other media is one of my criteria for establishing notability, but the proliferation of comic adaptations in recent years has led to lots of cameos and minor roles for minor characters. I don't think he merits a standalone article, but I can see some value to keeping a minimum of information about his creators and first appearance.
