No evidence of notability. Google News in English yields only trivial mentions in youth squad lists. Nothing found when searching through Burmese. Through other Burmese searches, I was able to find The MNL, which is not independent of the subject and only a passing mention. The only other source that I can find is News Eleven, which says that he has a knee injury and will be out for 8 months. I'm not seeing the level of depth for WP:SPORTBASIC and WP:GNG.
