The individual doesn't to meet Wikipedia's notability requirements. He's apparently a low-level reporter at a small news organization in Somalia. Delete. This is a self-promotional page on a person who comes nowhere near to satisfying Wikipedia's notability guidelines. The article has been created several times by a disruptive editor using several accounts. It is time to put a stop to it. The editor who uses the pseudonym "JamesBWatson" (talk) 20:59, 21 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
