  • Delete A Youth Advisory Council as a concept may be a notable topic, but this current article is extremely poor and cites no references to its claims.   • Keep, passes WP:GNG. The article does contain references in the the form of a reading list. The problems with the article can be resolved through editing per WP:AFDISNOTCLEANUP.
