None of Novobranets' appearances have been within the top three tiers of Ukraine, which are the only professional leagues in Ukraine. This is confirmed by Tribuna, UA Football and Soccerway. He therefore does not pass WP:NFOOTBALL at this moment in time. The profiles in statistical database websites and social media pages are the only sources available on him so he does not pass WP:GNG.
