Keep, or "Speedy Keep". Nomination provides no arguments for deletion. You oughta recall that no sources at all are required to be included for an article to be valid in Wikipedia. Of course, wp:BEFORE applies. And, an editor trying to force others to "develop or else" should simply be resisted, IMHO (and wp:AFDISNOTFORCLEANUP).
