fails both WP:ENTERTAINER specifically and WP:BIO generally. Being a single contestant in a single show is not a claim to notability under WP:ENT, and may well fail WP:BLP1E. Given that the House of Wettin lost all semblance of control or royalty in 1918, that's not a claim either. Ironholds (talk) 23:54, 30 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Bleh. She may, at some point, become notable as an entertainer. When that happens - and not before - then we will have an article on her. DS (talk) 00:19, 31 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- she is already notable in her native germany, i have cited articles from independent sources to back that up. House of Wettin remains a noble house. http://frogmatters.wordpress.com/2008/04/ this article is from April 2008, and shows that she is not just some one show reality star. If you put her correct title, Xenia Prinzessin von Sachsen, in a search engine it will come up with more than the 'Undercover Princesses' I believe that that should also be the title of the page. If you check out imdb.com you will also find her listed under other shows. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0533750/ link attached. here you can also find a link to the imdb page for her- http://www.imdb.com/name/nm1953830/ Welwynwitch (talk) 00:33, 31 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- The article is inaccurate in describing her as part of the House of Wettin, a status she never had because her mother wasn't from the nobility. For the same reason, she is only part of the Saxony family in NAME, she is not in the line of succession. The titles are wrongly (and unnecessarily) translated (“zu Sachsen” does not translate as “to Saxony”). All in all, her claim to fame is some trash-TV appearances. delete --Snottily (talk) 00:40, 31 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Don't be silly. I know that some people like to pretend that the old nobility rules are still in force, but even if you buy that the article seems to be still correct in this respect since it just says she "comes from" that house, not that she is a member. - Delete. Just an average non-notable person with a few very minor appearances on TV which very likely she got only because of her silly anachronistic name. Hans Adler 02:32, 31 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete the "frogmatters" article consists mainly of a press release. Non-notable. Evalpor (talk) 03:04, 31 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Further Comment I went to the subject's page and found this description: "She wants to become rich, famous and a good singer." Yes, her and about a billion other people on this planet. As non-notable as they come. Evalpor (talk) 03:11, 31 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Merge - It appears that she's just below the margin of notability, even for me, so I'd merge it into one of her more notable relatives - perhaps Prince Ernst Heinrich of Saxony or Frederick Augustus III of Saxony. It is further unclear if she is, in fact, a royal, as she is offspring of a morganatic marriage. We can re-create when she becomes notable on her own right. Bearian (talk) 13:49, 31 March 2010 (UTC) P.S. I also looked on Bing and found quite a bit more than I'd found on Google, but I still can't find any reliable sources, so I'm keeping my suggestion to merge instead of keep. Bearian (talk) 13:53, 31 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete Below my level also. Not royalty of any existing monarchy. No notable career of her own. DGG ( talk ) 04:43, 2 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
