Not notable, or at least not independently notable of Scilab. Only 2 of refs are reliable and both discuss it in context of Scilab. So no coverage of this alone. JohnBlackburnewordsdeeds 14:41, 10 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

  • Redirect to Scilab. Unclear notability; the only independent ref (engineeringnewworld.com) is a blog, not strong enough to establish notability independent of the larger software package or developer. Scicos is also a reasonable merge target.Dialectric (talk) 17:18, 17 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
