Xavier Foupa-Pokam[edit]

MMA fighter that doesn't meet WP:NMMA. He has two top tier fights, both losses, and hasn't had a top tier fight in 5 years. Assuming he'll get a third one is both unlikely and WP:CRYSTALBALL.
