Fails WP:GNG. Per WP:COVERAGE, SIGCOV is not sufficient for notability, and the article subject lacks WP:CONTINUEDCOVERAGE beyond the news cycle around its release. There have been countless open letters issued supporting both sides during the 2023 Israel-Hamas war. Not all are notable, making a splash at the time of their issue, but most, include this one, fail to have sustained coverage that would establish notability.
