NGO. There are some mentions in passing, but they all don't amount ot much - created in 1958 by Philip Isley, promotes idea of World Government, proposed a world constitution. If WP:PRIMARY sources were to be removed, it would be a WP:PERENNIAL WP:SUBSTUB; in either case it fails WP:NORG.   • Delete per nom. I found a podcast episode with the organization's senior executive leader and a couple of passing mentions, in a book or on a website, but the rest were just directory listings. Not enough sources to pass WP:ORGDEPTH. -DM
