Propose redirect to parent org World Affairs Councils of America. Fails to meet WP:ORG on its own. The only coverage is about the Council hosting events and panels, rather than WP:SIGCOV about the Council itself. Otherwise, it's a non-notable chapter of the WACA with ~100 chapters.
