Delete - Not sure if the nominator took action because the article has no references (if so, that's a violation of WP:NEXIST) or because no references were found during a search. In any case, there is little media coverage of Mr. Lowry and his music, with the exception of a short local news report at [1]. The only other sort-of in-depth coverage I could find is in a small community college newspaper at [2].
