The result was redirect to List of Harry Potter cast members. Consensus that notability hasn't been met. There was a significant gap between its 2013 deletion and recreation - a couple of years. Extremely minor actor. This is precisely the reason why List of Harry Potter cast members was created. See this relevant discussion for precedent.
