UPE is extremely likely based on off-wiki evidence that correlates this article to the author responsible for vast majority of authorship on this article.

- Delete. Wow! almost all sources are primary and from their own websites. Although an organization from 1958 might have other better news out there, it's no bother searching since almost entirety of the article must be trimmed once primary sources are removed.
