Non-notable person. The article relies on one reference which is primary. Sportsfan 1234 (talk) 02:50, 15 April 2017 (UTC)

- Weak keep. GS h-index of around 17 is a liitle on the low side for this average-cited field. The nomination could be made more explicit. Xxanthippe (talk) 03:57, 15 April 2017 (UTC).
- Keep. Clearly notable. He is a reputed scientist and the Director of Texas Center for Superconductivity at University of Houston. --Tigerson1995 (talk) 04:37, 15 April 2017 (UTC)
- Keep as the subject passes WP:PROF#C5 for holding a chair appointment at a fairly major research university. The subject also passes WP:PROF#C6, for being the director of the Texas Center for Superconductivity, which from Physical Review affiliations I could find, is just as good a medium-sized research university. References being primary is no reason for deletion; tag it for cleanup. See WP:AFDISNOTCLEANUP. — Stringy Acid (talk) 17:14, 16 April 2017 (UTC)
