  • Delete. Aside from the one documentary, which just profiles him doing his job, I can't find any evidence he meets WP:BIO. The article doesn't show any evidence of that either, and it's hard to see this article ever becoming substantive. I wonder if there are maybe non-English sources that would establish notability, but unless and until any can be found, notability is not established.
