Fails WP:SIGCOV. No evidence that this software concept is actually commonly used in any significant way, especially not under this name. The article has been tagged for notability for 11 years, and has been an orphan for more than 7 years, and the original author appeared to be closely related to the author of the whitepaper around this concept.
