PROD removed with the reason of "good known tournament, plz start a full discussion." I disagree, and believe the original PROD rationale of "non-notable friendly competition, not significantly covered in reliable sources" remains valid. Giant Snowman 13:19, 27 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Strong keep. No reason to delete this article. Big coverage in Russian/Ukrainian media, not only in sports media, for example see [1] [2] [3] (congratulations from President of Ukraine) etc (many links in the articles). Best clubs of the leagues took part in it. Potentially impact to create the United Russia-Ukraine league in future [4]. Similar notability as for other 2013 friendly tournaments. Strong Keep Is this article really nominated? Its a tournament which get sa huge amount of coverage and is clearly a big topic in thr CIS. Thats even before mentioning the fact the organizers are the same guys who are in charge of the united championship between Russia and Ukraine proposal. Thats obviously a more important tournament than all those friendly tournaments in Spain which are not nominated, and even more than the Anglo Italian cup, because it didnt carry the context of uniting the two championships. Fair point! That tournament is definitely more important then the Anglo-Italian Cup, the [Anglo-Scottish Cup]], the Audi Cup and the Premier League Asia Trophy, and DEFINITELY more important than the Telekom Cup, Trofeo Santiago Bernabéu and the Joan Gamper Trophy.
