Fails GNG. Completely non-notable kennel club that purports to be an umbrella organisation for national kennel clubs like the Fédération Cynologique Internationale, the article has no sources and an extensive search has found nothing attributable.   • Delete, fails WP:NCORP. Three verifiable mentions on Gbooks, one mention on Scholar. There are several of these international associations of breed-clubs-that-aren't-actually-the-breed-club-at-all. Comparison of the list of members of this thing with our List of kennel clubs (making no claim that our list is entirely accurate) shows no overlap whatsoever – this is a non-notable confederation of non-notable entities.
