Although this article does have a few cites (and a few more are apparent in a GNews search), the subject appears to be a relatively run-of-the-mill computer service provider and insufficiently notable to have an article. The article is highly promotional in tone. It's also out of date, although that would not be an argument for deletion if the article were otherwise worth saving: per [1] this company was sold in 2011 to another Wisconsin company called Dedicated Computing.
