Couldn't find any such feature on topographic maps looking on the west shore of Owens Lake, and the topos there go back to the late 19th century. Newspapers.com hits are for features in other counties and a few referencing a train station that would fit in this general area. Not seeing any way WP:GEOLAND or WP:GNG is met.
